Document Presentation - Microsoft Word and Publisher

Able Administration Aid has compiled booklets, in close collaboration with family of deceased, for funeral distribution. From cover design to closing these booklets required some photo editing along with proofing of submissions, see below. With submissions edited in Word, these booklets were compiled in Publisher.

Along with document formatting, document management, logs and quality assurance procedures have been adhered to. With a number of years experience with various editions of Microsoft Word and a skill level tested to Advanced, projects completed include:

• Booklet supporting the Pacific Brands’ Health & Community Programme;
• Formatting of all Occupational Health & Safety Corporate Standards and Procedures for "Brandsafe" - Pacific Brands 2004;
• Preparation/presentation of sales tender proposals - Fujitsu;
• Typing of Board Submissions, agendas and minutes - Suncorp;
• Correspondence and memorandum.

Templates created for wedding or special occasion stationery, including:

All items are mail mergeable with guest/RSVP listing, where appropriate.
