In the interest of family/life balance, Able Administration Aid seeks assignments or permanent part time employment that challenge our administrative, organisational and creative skills.  Able Administration Aid is a business registered for the invoicing of assignments performed within a home office environment.  Here assistance has been provided to the Owner/Manager of Dinkum Energy and an Avon sales business operated.

Having served in administrative roles for a number of years, my computer skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office, together with my eagerness to assist, makes me the perfect team player who can prioritise work-load and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

I have demonstrated proficiency in all core office administration functions, including document preparation, internal/external communications. I can manage the office environment without supervision, juggle multiple tasks effectively and maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive materials. My success as an Agency “Temp” for a number of years confirms my ability to learn new tasks and adapt to change and also provided me with experience in a number of industries and opportunities to further my skills. 

  • Creation and maintenance of various databases.  Tracking department purchase orders, employees and Workcover claims, and order value adding. Databases which streamlined operations, making information and reporting much easier and remain in use today; 
  • Reconciliations and allocations made easier via Excel spread sheet formula, macros and hyperlinks for those repetitive tasks;
  • Reporting simplified via electronic form compilation and relevant details linked to spreadsheet format;
  • Document formatting, management and registration.  Conforming to a standard via creation of templates plus document and version numbering;
  • Slideshow presentations and image manipulation - a sales slideshow presentation won the tender and won me “Employee of the Month”.
